Abstract

In the t test, there is a motivation t-test value of 2.448 greater than the t-table value of 2.119 and sig t of 0.027 smaller than alpha 0.05. There is a t-test value of 3.375 is greater than the t-table value of 2.119 and the sig t of 0.013 is smaller than the alpha of 0.05. And there is a Work Culture t-test value of 5.590 is greater than the t-table value of 2.119 and sig t of 0.033 is smaller than alpha 0.05. From these results it can be concluded that motivation, supervision, and work culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The simultaneous hypothesis test shows that motivation, supervision and work culture together are positive and significant influences on employee performance. This is seen through the F-calculated value of 5.695 greater than the F-table at alpha 5% has a value of 3.238 with a significance level of 0.008 less than 0.05. On the test of the coefficient of determination can be seen the R-Square value of 0.732. This means that 73.2% of the variation in the value of Employee Performance can be explained by the role of Motivation, Supervision, and Work Culture. And the remaining 26.8% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Motivation and discipline are directly related to employee performance. Motivation and discipline that are felt directly by employees can reduce performance or improve employee performance. Employees who feel motivated and disciplined about the work obtained will have an impact on improving the performance of an agency as a whole. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of 30 Pos PT Lubuk Pakam employees. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, simultaneous test (F-Test), partial test (t-test). The results of the analysis that motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia Lubuk Pakam. Partially motivation and work discipline have a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Pos Indonesia Lubuk Pakam.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much influence the Performance Allowance and Work Environment on Work Motivation of Office Workers of the Ministry of Religion in Medan City and the dominant variable gives influence on Employee Work Motivation at the Office of Ministry of Religion in Medan. The population of respondents in this study were all employees in the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Medan totaling 85 employees. The number of samples is calculated using the Slovin formula, then a total sample of 70 employees is obtained. The results of this study indicate that the independent variables, namely the performance allowance and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of Medan City Ministry of Religion office employees at 69.9%. The results of this study also showed that the dominant variable affecting work motivation of Medan City Ministry of Religion office employees was Performance Allowance.

Abstract

Job Satisfaction Employees in a company are influenced by many factors, including compensation and leadership in the company. Employees who get compensation in accordance with their achievements and performance will feel satisfied with the company and will motivate themselves to improve their performance, as well as leadership. A good leader who is willing to give an opportunity to employees to actively participate in giving their opinions and ideas to advance the company will give satisfaction to employees and make the employee realize that every employee has an important role to increase company success. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and leadership on employee job satisfaction at PT. Rotella Persada Mandiri 1 Perbaungan. The population in this study there are employees of PT. Rotella Persada Mandiri 1 Perbaungan with 55 people. This study uses computer aids for the SPSS program version 23.0. The results of this study indicate that: 1. Partially, the Compensation variable has a significant effect on the Job Satisfaction variable and the Leadership variable does not have a significant effect on the Employee Satisfaction variable at PT. Rotella Persada Mandiri 1 Perbaungan.2. Simultaneously, the compensation and leadership variables significantly influence employee job satisfaction at PT. Rotella Persada Mandiri 1 Perbaungan. This means that the compensation and leadership factors can increase employee job satisfaction at PT. Rotella Persada Mandiri 1 Perbaungan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of cooperative service quality and cooperative image on customer satisfaction and to determine the dominant variable on customer decisions in using the services of KSU Mitra Karya Lubuk Pakam. The sample used in this study is employees of KSU Mitra Karya Lubuk Pakam, aged 17 years or older, can communicate well, and are able to provide good service to customer satisfaction. The number of samples is calculated using the formula according to Sugiyono and Slovin theory, so we get a total sample of 88 people. The results of this study use quantitative methods that show that the variables used, namely the quality of cooperative services (X1), cooperative image (X2), and customer satisfaction (X3), have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in using the services of KSU Mitra Karya Lubuk Siram. The results of this study also show that the dominant variable influencing customer decisions in using the services of Mitra Lubuk Pakam KSU is the quality of cooperative services (X1), the image of cooperatives (X2), and customer satisfaction (X3).
